Hofele has revealed a wide-body kit for the Volkswagen Touareg. The new kit can be adapted for any Touareg model, except the R50.

The kit includes: front bumper, four additional lights - 2x LED day driving light and 2x fog lamps, rear apron with integrated tailpipes, tailpipe adapters, rear roof spoiler, rear door panel, bonnet / hood scoop "Power Dome", "Royster" wide body that includes side skirts and wheel arch extensions for front & rear axle and wheel spacers "Wide-Body Royster".

The wheel spacers "Royster" are made for the use of the extension kit in combination with wheels in the size 9Jx20" and 10Jx22".

Hummer announced today details on the 2010 H3 and H3T models. And there are some very "environmental-friendly" details. Both models will get E85 capability and new colors for the 2010 model year. The prices on the other hand remain the same as for the 2009 models.

All 2010 Alpha series’ models will be powered by a 5.3L V8 Flex Fuel engine rated at 300 hp and 320 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is mated to a Hydra-Matic 4L60 electronically controlled four-speed automatic transmission. Is not much of a green car, but according to James Taylor, Hummer CEO: "This is just the first step in HUMMER’s evolution to offer responsible, yet highly capable all-terrain vehicles. Future models will be lighter, more efficient and will continue to offer the best blend of off-road capability and on-road performance."

Besides the new engine, the 2010 models will be offered with three new premium colors: Red Rock Metallic, Silver Stone Metallic, and Canyon Metallic.

When revealing the 2010 F-150 SVT Raptor R, Ford announced that for the 2011 model year the company will offer the FR Raptor XT. But until then Ford presented a concept version of the car at SEMA Show.

The production version will be powered by a 500-hp (est.) 6.2-liter naturally aspirated engine mated to a Six-speed automatic transmission. There will only be 50 units built, ad each will be priced at $99,950.

This Suzuki Burgman 125 scooter is clearly having a bad day as the owner left it parked on the sidewalk and then workers came to pour concrete all over the place. It seems that the thing is now an integrated part of the Via del Porto Fluviale in Rome.

Hmm, last time I checked, Japanese scooters weren’t an ingredient of Roman concrete.

While General Motors has not decided yet the official launch date of the Camaro Convertible, there are lots of tuners out there who are already offering a convertible version for the American muscle car.

And Newport Convertible Engineering is one of the tuners. The car has been on display at SEMA Show for those who wanted to see it, and for those who want to ride it the car is already available for ordering.

Except for the roof the car is pretty much a standard Camaro SS. It is also with about 100 lbs heavier, and can be offered with Forgiato cast-aluminum wheels — 22" in front and 24" in the rear.

The guys from AutoCar had the luck to got behind the wheels of the new Ferrari 458 Italia and of course they had all the fun in the world. Check the video to see what do they think about the latest Ferrari.

Short reminder: the 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5 Liter V8 engine that delivers 570 HP at 9000 RPM. Weighing in at only 3042 pounds, the new Ferrari will rocket from 0 to 60 MPH in just 3.4 seconds and won’t stop until it hits a top speed of 202 MPH.

The SEMA Show in Las Vegas is all about standing out from the crowd in a way or another and the 2009 edition turned out to be the ideal occasion for Azhar Hussain, TTXGP founder, to officially unveil the TTX02 electric racebike.

This is the 2010 production version of the exact same bike that won the 2009 TTXGP Isle of Man Electric Motorcycle TT race and it is powered by twin Agni 95 electric motors providing a great deal of torque just above idle and little under 100 horsepower at full blast. Energy (11 kWh) is supplied by three lithium ion battery packs and everything is housed in a KTM RC8 chassis, a good choice considering that the TTX02 is a 130 mph supersport motorcycle.

At least that is what we consider it to be (according to the official claims, of course), but Hussain refers to the TTX02 as being a "laptop on wheels." That is mainly because each machine features a dash-mounted computer that runs on Linux, comes with its own dedicated IP address, on-board web server and connectivity to wireless networks, just to start your interest.
