Starting with the idea that the X5 does not look like a SUV, Hartge wanted to make the X5 a real beast, in both appearance and performance.
Starting under the hood, thanks to a reprogrammed ECU and a sport exhaust system the 3-liter diesel engine delivers 328 hp (up from the standard 265 hp). Thanks to the added power, the X5 sprints from 0 to 60 mph in 6 seconds, while top speed goes up to 151 mph.
The appearance package includes: new front and rear fascias, wheel arch extensions, aggressive two-piece side sills, 22-inch ‘BRILLANT CLASSIC 2’ wheels, carbon fiber mirror casings, and stainless steel tailpipe finishers.
